Yes I did just wake up but I wanted to share Part 1 of my go to for natural healing for the skin because it starts in the gut for me with Candida Overgrowth / leaky gut and the inflammatory diseases directly linked to these issues which the medical profession seem to know little about, Chinese medicine and tradition medicine has saved me. *As always I’m not a health professional* im sharing my story piece by piece with you in the hope it gives you an understanding of what might be going on with your body and skin and directing you to the right educators along the way and reminding you.. you’re not alone and models also aren’t perfect.

Just over one year ago I ended a long battle with dermatitis. It had been several years of on again off again outbreaks on my sternum, face, and scalp. Doctors told me there was no cure and that my only hope was to treat it with steroid creams and an acid pills. That made things worse. I turned to yoga and natural healing and through lots of cleansing, lifestyle changes and consistent practice I healed my self 100% Its been over a year since I had an outbreak. Here what I did to overcome Dermatitis:
– cleansed (juicing, water fasting, enemas, etc…)
– changed my diet,focused on eating a ton of fruit and lots of vegetables, rice and potato
– only cook with coconut oil and sometimes ghee
– no more processed food, no fast food, no coffee, cut way down on meat going some long stretches with no meat at all, no veg oils, etc
– stopped using all hair and skin products. only used dr bronners to clean body and only use coconut oil for my skin. nothing else.
– quit smoking weed
– practiced a lot of detox yoga, and worked out every day
It took some time but it slowly got better and better to the point that it is now 100% gone!!
